Editing green effect in Snapseed is very easy, for this
Click on the Tools option, click on the tune image option and reduce the warmth completely. Now click on the ambiance option to increase the ambiance.
Now lastly, go to tune image again and adjust the warmth. The more you increase it, the more green effect will appear in the image.
